表弟喺半島酒店個酒吧舉辦o既唱歌比賽度贏左冠軍,為答謝肥表哥鼎力o既支持,佢好有誠意地邀請XO同佢分享比賽中所贏取o既奬品:享用Felix餐廳二人套餐加半島酒店香檳一枝。就表弟收工時間,訂左張八點鐘枱。XO早左半個鐘頭到,門口位姐姐話張枱未準備好,提議我去樓上個酒吧度一邊飲一邊等。 上到樓上個酒吧發覺太多人,搵個位企都好有難度,何況係走近個酒吧叫野飲?XO仔只好從樓梯口望落去,欣賞華麗而新潮o既室內裝修,同窗外個靚景啦!真係有少少意外,因為發覺雖然酒吧咁逼人,但係樓下好多枱都未有人坐,估計都有三四成吉;酒水利潤高,係人都知,心諗莫非依D就係餐廳令客人先洗錢飲返兩杯o既技倆?!曾經聽聞過Felix個洗手間好特別,友人重話就算無需要用,都一定要去參觀一下,所以小弟就趁機入去影返兩幅相,消磨下時間。 返上酒吧,繼續視察,發現有D枱o既位置好隱蔽,角落頭盡頭都攝倒兩張二人枱,心諗會唔會就係安排比我地依D手持贈卷o既食客呢?!哈,真係比小肥估中左! 如上圖所示,張櫈外表唔係好吸引,而且都幾細張,下圍比較有份量o既小肥唔係好夠位坐,所以勁唔舒服!小弟建議餐廳考慮換一換椅背套,同埋用返D大張少少,而

如上圖所示,張櫈外表唔係好吸引,而且都幾細張,下圍比較有份量o既小肥唔係好夠位坐,所以勁唔舒服
!小弟建議餐廳考慮換一換椅背套,同埋用返D大張少少,而又有手柄o既櫈。

始終我地個二人晚餐係免費,所以都一早預左招呼同食物會同其他客人o既有分別。觀察力及竊聽力頗強o既XO留意倒當晚全場飛嗰位西籍高級職員唔知有意定無意地冷落我地兩個;聽倒佢不時同其他客人傾計,收取意見,卻從不走近我地張枱,其實一D都無感到意外。可能希望唔大,所以反而有驚喜,因為負責我地張枱嗰位阿豪非常客氣,除左無半點負面感覺,當晚對我地兩老表o既照顧亦好周到,感激感激,所以小弟想在此向豪哥仔再三道謝

!麵包係唔係餐廳自己造都冇乜所謂,不過小弟覺得一間專業o既西餐廳至少會烘返熱D麵包比客人食囉!

。伴碟o既菇都還OK,不過魚肉面o既大大粒珍珠,即西米,就好唔知點啦!西米太韌,同個魚真係格格不入
,如果換轉用魚子個效果應該會好好多。

!羊肉醃得好香,一D都唔蘇,肉質亦非常香嫩,不過因為唔夠熱,所以失色左少少

!佢解釋話個甜品好夠凍,而且生果好新鮮,無論係個別食材o既口感,味道,或者係甜品整體個溫度同配搭都係咁完美,啱哂佢口味

當晚上菜速度好慢,埋枱開始計時,五道菜食左我地兩個半鐘
,唔知會唔會又係餐廳想客人飲多兩杯o既手法呢?!幸好我地有枝免費香檳飲,唔係埋單時一定好肉痛
。食物質素只可以話係麻麻,黎Felix食飯似乎係睇裝修多過欣賞食物,所以如果要我出錢,肯定唔會黎幫襯囉!
