To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 台式食物之所以食極都不膩,原因莫過於與香港食物口味及類型相近,但台式食物有時都獨有一番風味。紅燒牛肉麵- 難得有店可以搵到半根半肉的部位, 三件都又大又切得長, 入口軟綿易咬無渣, 湯底香濃, 入口雖稀而不稠, 但會有黏口的感覺, 不過略為咸, 要多飲水。香酥雞扒干拌麵- 這個反而有驚喜, 雞扒炸得剛好, 保留了肉汁, 外面炸漿薄而有陣陣椒鹽香, 而干拌麵主要靠肉燥的味道, 與青瓜絲混合後清爽又有咸香, 麵條都彈牙, 好味~去得多地方先可以發掘多些美食, 再推介俾大家~
