To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 依家喺灣仔嘅點心舖,年初二睇完煙花行返入去灣仔,發現其實就冇乜餐廳再開㗎啦,咁咪剩返呢間開!入到去坐低呢,其實好多點心呢都賣晒㗎啦,不過冇辦法啦,都要坐低食啦。好似大部份都係燒賣,係唔同種類嘅燒賣!啲點心好精緻,味道都OK啦,點咗個點心嘅拼盤啊,仲有蒸臘味雞飯,仲有叉燒包,仲有一個水煮牛肉做嘅腸粉,真係好鬼辣!我諗呢度啱啲後生仔啦,鍾意啲新花款,我都係鍾意老牌嘅茶樓!今日加二,冇法啦,人哋D伙記咁勤力!
