呢間叫Table既餐廳好正,係上環,有氣氛又有出色既食物,啲菜式全部都整得好靚,勁呀!前菜我地先試呢個Amuse Bouche,原來係芝士油條配煙熏鯡魚魚子醬,雖然話係芝士油條,但整到成粒波咁,好濃既芝士味滲出黎,每咬一啖都食到濃香既芝士,加上咸咸地既魚子醬,味道好突出,刺激味蕾!另外我地試既前菜係Scottish Razor Clam A La Plancha,係被快速烹飪既蘇格蘭蟶子,蟶子燒到外部焦香,入面就差唔多熟,仲係好嫩好彈牙咁,底部又有煙燻甜波椒,上面就係銀魚柳麵包糠pine nuts,味道豐富又有層次!不得不提仲有配酒,香酒有啲咸味又有啲甜香,有啲乾身,同海鮮好夾!之後係主菜時間,意粉係呢個Hokkaido Uni Angel Hair,係一個好好食既天使麵,麵用佐龍蝦高湯同海膽泥去煮,海鮮既鮮味咸香味入晒落意粉度,仲有取代佐蕃茄既草莓,食到輕輕既酸甜味,好特別!主菜緊係要有肉,我地就簡佐Txogitxu Txuleton (Traditional Basque Bone In Ribeye),由Txogitxu,一間係西班牙巴斯克著名屠宰場出產既牛,一定係靚牛!牛扒煎到
