To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 想一邊睇好靚噶海景，又想食到好好味噶粵菜，梗係要嚟阿一啦，一邊賞風景一邊食飯，真係超級無敵enjoy吖 鮑魚花膠鵝掌，呢一碟真係整得好精緻，而且食材非常新鮮豐富，啲醬汁又好濃郁，鮑魚噶口感好嫩滑，而且醬汁非常入味，花膠噶軟硬度啱啱好 烤乳豬皮脆脆地，好過癮，入面噶肉質鮮嫩多汁，外脆內嫩，口感好正！ 煎肉餅，真係拿啲新鮮噶肉不斷敲打而成噶，所以食落好鬆軟，食唔出肉粉噶感覺，外皮煎得金黃金黃 東星斑噶魚肉好嫩滑，而且非常新鮮，好有魚味
