To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

睇食評自己衡量吧

早幾日收工喺屋企附近食晚餐，見呢間品樂冰室經常都好多人食，未試過就走入去試下睇完個餐牌本來想食海南雞飯，點知佢哋油飯賣哂得番白飯，於是乎我就改叫咗個老街微辣炒貴刁試下另外加咗杯凍檸檬水，凍檸檬水糖水落得太多，我喜歡偏甜嘅都覺得甜咗少少。老街微辣炒貴刁賣相還可以，味道一般般，完全唔辣。也許可能係我食得辣吧？埋單一共六十七蚊。整體味道價錢店員服務都算正常。不難食但亦唔係好食。只係一般。不過回家後不久，我就肚唔舒服，肚瀉我全日就喺公司十二點多食過午餐，自己煮的，一直到夜晚八點幾先再食嘢，點解會食完晚餐肚瀉，自己衡量吧
