To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

中午一個人食飯，老遠由沙田到旺角去幫趁好矛盾面對永合隆食我燒肉拼燒飯。因為佢燒肉非常之好食。但地方就污糟到不得了，尤其是後巷燒爐附近，如果大家幫趁要唔影嚮胃口，就唔好走去後門啦。佢亦就咁將匙羹同筷子放幾污糟面，同埋曾經好幾次發現匙羹上有飯粒，所以伙記比杯茶，只好用洗匙羹同筷子。如果唔叫例湯或者飲品，咁就要乾骾啦。我食燒肉飯要拼埋燒，因為試過多次剩叫燒肉飯，發覺碟面上全頭尾同下欄搭夠，可以食都無幾件，故叫定拼燒買個保險，佢燒水準就差啦。
