To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 下午兩點几三點,本來想去飲茶嘅,但d茶樓晚上要擺酒,多數都只可以坐到3點几。咁啱又俾我搵到呢間,下午茶時間食到6點,環境又不太嘈雜,傾計最啱。食物每款都好特別及好味,真係要每款都介紹吓喇.和牛酥 好香脆唔容易散,黑椒和牛味濃燒賣 ~ 蝦超彈,黑蒜味不重,還帶甜薑葱龍蝦包, 鬆軟粒粒肉, 條紫菜仲扎得好實添紅菜頭野菌餃。餡料豐富,野菌新鮮分明海膽春卷~重點海膽唔腥,春卷外脆內軟和牛鵝肝炒飯 ~好香,好多鵝肝,反而牛少,飯粒粒分明黑松露蝦餃 好飽滿好多黑松露擔擔湯包 皮薄多汁,味道香濃
