早前從朋友口中得知尚鮑這間餐廳,聽著他對其讚不絕口,便上網查找了資料,看見它不但有多國菜式作選擇,食材賣相更精美吸引,便計劃到此品嚐一番,趁著與好友相約外出用膳,當然要到這兒細味享用一頓豐盛晚餐。餐廳是由米芝蓮一星大廚經營的,以南非鮑魚爲主題,店內有三個座位提供於顧客進食,亦有售賣各種高級食材,如南非鮑魚、黑松露、帆立貝、魚子醬。有氣檸檬雪燕特飲特飲入口冰涼解膩,檸檬味道濃郁,清新微酸,碳酸氣泡使口感細膩清爽,配搭上細滑爽脆的雪燕製作,飲用時更增添一份嚼勁。芒果威士忌芒果威士忌色澤金黃亮麗,頂層放有葡萄柚、藍苺、紅桑子、黑桑子襯托,賣相精美吸引,威士忌味道濃烈燻辣,帶有香甜的麥芽香氣,配上蜜甜清香的芒果製作,正好緩和嗆口的酒味,使口感更易入口。其他水果則芬香清新,酸甜多汁,富有果香。香煎法國鵝肝伴沙律前菜是香煎法國鵝肝伴沙律,配料有火箭菜、黑醋、鵝肝。鵝肝口感紮實綿密,入口即化,香氣幽微細緻,火箭菜辛辣味濃,帶有淡淡的芝麻香氣,伴上濃郁微酸的黑醋,口感解膩惹味。鮑魚松露扁意粉這款是限定款式,皆因黑松露有季節的限定。意粉入口軟硬適中,配上奶油狀的醬汁,味道香濃惹味,配料使用上新鮮刨製的意

鮑魚龍蝦伴龍蝦湯飯
湯飯上桌時賣相吸引,底層是白飯,上層放有一隻龍蝦鉗作點綴,旁邊放有切碎的鮑魚,還伴有青豆、菇類、珍珠筍,把分開盛裝的龍蝦湯倒入飯中即可進食。飯粒軟硬適中,粒粒分明,龍蝦湯味道濃郁,鮮味十足,龍蝦鉗肉質厚實彈牙,鮮甜濃郁,鮑魚鬆軟滑糯,細嫩香甜,配搭其他食材進食,口感更為豐富。

雪糕我選擇了朱古力口味,其入口軟綿香甜,味道濃郁,配搭上晶瑩剔透的燕窩,用料矜貴,口感細膩綿軟,紅桑子則清新濃郁,香甜味美。

朋友挑選了紅桑子口味的雪糕,其色澤紅潤鮮艷,同樣配搭有燕窩和紅桑子水果,我小嚐了一口,雪糕味道酸香十足,果香濃郁出眾,口感綿密即化,其餘則不作詳細說明瞭。

整體而言,餐廳裝潢高端貴氣,牆壁上的綠葉設計配搭各款畫像,感覺舒適放鬆,猶於置身叢林之間,菜式用料新鮮矜貴,味道出色,賣相精美,是情侶約會或家人朋友吃飯的好地方。
