(P.S. golden diamond truffle 在尚鮑 reign abalone 店內)平時喺 k11 musea 路過見到佢poster 感覺好吸引好想去試,不過因為一杯黑松露咖啡或朱古力要85蚊感覺實在太貴所以只能遠觀! 但呢排開返check ZA Bank App 見到買一送一嘅優惠,既然買一送一即係大概一杯42蚊左右,同平時一般普通咖啡價錢差不多,既然係咁就盡地一鋪試一試!點知完全中伏!點了一杯 1. Truffle cream blue mountain coffee with nuts 松露素奶蓋堅果藍山咖啡2. Truffle blue mountain mocha 連店員 sell 畀我哋嗰陣時都冇乜信心咁講,佢話買嗰般比較多人點同其他咖啡一樣冇咩分別,就因為咁樣所以我哋一杯點咖啡一杯點 mocha!點知兩杯咖啡要等咗成五分鐘先出到嚟,而問題係只有我同老婆在等這杯咖啡沒有其他客人!製作咖啡過程中,店員在雪櫃拿了用廚房紙包著的超細塊黑松露出來一片一片切入咖啡,賣相一點也不討好,特別拍了張照片和poster簡直相差甚太遠!杯上貼上一張中文label,感覺和台式手搖店的飲品一樣,無論賣 及 presentation 都不怎麼樣,一點都沒有 85元的貴氣!而味道簡直嚇死人!Truffle cream blue mountain coffee with nuts 松露素奶蓋堅果藍山咖啡,名字絕對沒錯!黑松露,堅果,水,咖啡,所有材料都有它的味道,完全融合不了在一起,咖啡味也很淡,只能用難飲來形容!已經盡可能想把它喝掉因為始終價錢都很貴,但最終我們喝到一半後還是倒掉!沒有辦法實在太難飲很難繼續把整杯喝掉!後來在openrice看到 golden diamond truffle 店舖已關閉,原來我地去個間係在尚鮑內,anyway 真係要慎入!

Michelin 1 🌟『Switzerland Chef Jean-Marc Soldati - 瑞士米芝蓮一星大廚』, actually helps to look after the recipes here. All the way to the French Champagne 🥂 that they also serve on the Swiss restaurant side too. And also on Swiss Airline as a consultant. The Abalone sauce is thick, full of depth and carries a slight Black pepper kick. Pretty addictive.They also serve a New Zealand sourced fresh Fish Maw 花膠, which carries a bouncy thickness and is highly likable. Especially for ladies who are always after a dose of natural Collagen!!

早幾日女朋友生日,就打算book去一間高級啲比較靚啲嘅餐廳食生日飯。入到去間餐廳嘅門口,見到成間餐廳雖然麻雀雖小但五臟俱全。仲有餐廳設計好有藝術氣息,所以整體上都舒服。見到呢間餐廳主打係食鮑魚,所以就叫咗個鮑魚天使麵試吓。啲麵都非常彈牙,問咗個店員原來隻鮑魚係來自南非,feel 到隻鮑魚非常之鮮味。我哋有左隻鴨腿嚟試,咬落去隻鴨腿係外脆內軟。食一隻就已經夠飽非常之抵食!最後我哋都叫咗個甜品奶凍食。店員知道我女朋友生日又特登去準備生日牌,氹到我女朋友非常之開心、驚喜。所以呢一餐生日飯嘅體驗非常之好,下次有啲特別節日都會再過嚟食!!

經朋友介紹泥到呢個地方食飯,地方小小所有嘢好精緻,朋友推介這裡鮑魚飯, 那位待應生就推介taylor menu,平時留畀熟客食, 就係一個超大嘅鮑魚飯,好啦就膽粗粗試下啦一千五百八十八,包個甜品都ok. 上菜時那個侍應生介紹這是南非鮑魚,同我喺街市買既真系好有分別,見都未見過咁大隻真係從來都未見過, 之後佢再介紹第二重點先系鮑魚, 第一重點系鮑汁。我抱住懷疑的眼光去試下,因為我系屋企整嘅鮑魚都係買李錦記汁整上去, 有咩廿特別呢?試一試,嘩!原來真的好大分別咁大隻鮑魚切開就連中間都係有味道糖溏心鮑魚,食完無口乾無味精。一流汁真系好好味,我仲叫加多一個飯畀我,撈埋d汁食。 我系出面食飯,我都好少叫加飯。 我真係覺得好味所以肥就肥啦,唔理咁多啦食完先減,嗌多個飯撈埋d汁食左佢。
