香港銅鑼灣 大蔵季節料理星期六下午下班後,朋友話想舒舒服服食日本野,就帶咗我黎大蔵。上到黎8樓,我地安排左坐卡位,餐廳格調好和風,燈光橙調幾柔和。午市套餐分為刺身壽司及熟食類, 包含前菜、沙律、味噌湯、茶碗蒸及飲品,價錢有貴有平。我同朋友揀咗汁燒鵝肝飯及銀鱈魚西京燒。前菜係海帶青瓜蕃茄沙律, 爽口得來配上日式醬汁非常好吃。茶碗蒸 蒸蛋混合咗高湯同食材嘅精華更鮮甜, 食落仲好滑溜。味噌湯味噌湯材料有昆布、豆腐、 豆皮等,夠曬足料。汁燒鵝肝飯鵝肝表面煎得好香脆,內裡滑嫩又帶油香, 味道亦都冇腥味, 再加埋日本嘅珍珠米吸收咗鵝肝嘅油香, 每啖飯甜得黎重帶有鵝肝香氣,好吃!銀雪魚西京燒銀雪魚用咗好精緻嘅日式碟裝住,表面顏色金黃色,食落口充滿著特別嘅甜味,而且佢冇魚骨食得特別痛快。最後飲埋杯橙汁,大滿足。

銀雪魚用咗好精緻嘅日式碟裝住,表面顏色金黃色,食落口充滿著特別嘅甜味,而且佢冇魚骨食得特別痛快。
