整體味道及觀感都非常滿意,食材夠新鮮,魚刺身都唔會有腥味,反而食得出魚既鮮味😋👍! 侍應服務態度不錯,環境整潔,下次有機會會再試下下午時間既丼飯!😋

今日同朋友嚟到銅鑼灣覓食,由於我哋兩個都好鍾意食日本料理,所以我哋就揀咗呢間餐廳餐廳環境闊落,坐得都幾舒服,店員不時添茶遞水,態度好好。👍午市套餐選擇頗多,熟食同壽司刺身定食各有一份Menu。我就點左個最有特色嘅大蔵壽司便當,而友人就點左銀雪魚西京燒定食。💁🏻‍♀兩個set lunch均配有前菜,麵豉湯同埋茶碗蒸,十分豐富及精緻。😼朋友的銀雪魚西京燒,魚肉嘅油脂豐富且滑身👏,魚皮煎到脆卜卜,整體層次豐富,友人十分滿意。😘而我嘅壽司便當就有三層:第一層為三款刺身,識落均新鮮肥美。🥳第二層為三款壽司,其中最欣賞係帶子壽司,粒帶子極厚身🤤,至於卷物就普通左🤔。第三層拖羅蓉海膽三文魚子丼飯,分量夠晒飽肚,海膽creamy味道食落正常。最後套餐仲包左份天婦羅🍤,好滿足😏~呢餐飯我同友人都食得十分滿意,下次有機會會再嚟幫襯🥰

香港銅鑼灣 大蔵季節料理星期六下午下班後,朋友話想舒舒服服食日本野,就帶咗我黎大蔵。上到黎8樓,我地安排左坐卡位,餐廳格調好和風,燈光橙調幾柔和。午市套餐分為刺身壽司及熟食類, 包含前菜、沙律、味噌湯、茶碗蒸及飲品,價錢有貴有平。我同朋友揀咗汁燒鵝肝飯及銀鱈魚西京燒。前菜係海帶青瓜蕃茄沙律, 爽口得來配上日式醬汁非常好吃。茶碗蒸 蒸蛋混合咗高湯同食材嘅精華更鮮甜, 食落仲好滑溜。味噌湯味噌湯材料有昆布、豆腐、 豆皮等,夠曬足料。汁燒鵝肝飯鵝肝表面煎得好香脆,內裡滑嫩又帶油香, 味道亦都冇腥味, 再加埋日本嘅珍珠米吸收咗鵝肝嘅油香, 每啖飯甜得黎重帶有鵝肝香氣,好吃!銀雪魚西京燒銀雪魚用咗好精緻嘅日式碟裝住,表面顏色金黃色,食落口充滿著特別嘅甜味,而且佢冇魚骨食得特別痛快。最後飲埋杯橙汁,大滿足。
