自從屯馬線通車後,閠蜜話去宋皇臺食晚飯好方便,佢知道我一向鐘意食燒肉,提早一日打去book 位呢度舖位細細,店內大約可容納十幾人,但坐得好舒服,裝修亦以簡約風格為主睇下餐牌,有好多唔同款式肉選擇,牛肉、豚肉、羊肉等不同部位都有,價錢親民,而我哋每款都想食,最後同閠蜜揀咗兩款一人前大家share 食芝麻醬什菜沙律加上木魚,口感豐富樱花蝦味噌湯-足料嘅蝦乾仔令味噌湯更鮮味日本佐賀縣名水豚豬梅肉和美國頂級牛小排見到啲肉嘅油脂分佈,已經覺得係靚肉,分量亦相當足聽到滋滋聲,就知道石板要上台上面已放咗d洋蔥。店員也會用心教我哋每款肉的食法和燒嘅時間,再加上餐廳秘製的四款特色醬鹽,配搭不同肉,口感層次豐富我個人較鐘意食牛,經燒過後的牛小排面頭滿是牛的油脂,juicy 多肉汁,且較有口感,牛味濃而豬的紋理清晰均勻,燒熟後入口彈牙,有啲似食緊雞肉咁,好味飯素-食燒肉配白飯,最佳組合,面層灑滿脆脆紫菜增添口感,白飯也可吸去烤肉油份菇盛會-把什菇放在石上,可索去肉類溢出油份,令味道更香,食落爽口最後甜品-將水倒落綠茶粉攪勻淋上雪糕,綠茶味濃而且甘香,幾有玩意和創意下次可以嚟再試下二人前
