最近香港都開左好多日式石燒牛扒,主打客人自己將牛扒燒至自己滿意的熱度,同時配有自助的沙律、飲品、飯供客人自助任飲任食,岩哂一啲大食,又係食肉獸的男生。今日放工我就約左3個好朋友來到旺角這間磊犇,一入去就係一個螢幕俾客人點餐,不過俾錢都要去返收銀處。我地4個人點左兩份西冷牛扒、各一份牛肩內同磊牛扒。(份量行別有200g、300g同400g。)磊牛扒中間有條筋,肉味濃,比較痩、但肉汁相對冇咁多;牛肩肉則肉質比較淋,肉汁亦多;西冷則係薄身少少,但肉汁係三款扒最多的。
