To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

雖然這裡是舊區, 但餐廳環境及服務質素都唔錯 。近11:30 p.m. 叫左兩個午餐:鼓油汁肥牛拉麵配凍華田 : 鼓油汁真係湯的顏色及味道反映, 肥牛:不是太肥,爽口;拉麵少少爽, 彈牙, 配以芽菜、半隻雞蛋、紫菜, 味道唔錯 ! 但杯華田都好甜下, 凍飲但摸落去係熱加冰, 粉多, 溝左一杯半凍水才沖至適合, 唔溝真係好甜。牛肉炒河配凍奶茶: 河粉幼滑炒得顏色好均勻, 牛肉嫩滑, 配以芽菜爽口, 油多了少少, 但賣相唔錯, 味道也得 。凍奶茶, 奶味多一點, 但好少茶味, 中規中矩。配粟米忌廉湯, 好飲 !
