To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

同生意夥伴有啲嘢傾，平時通常去開尖沙咀某間餐廳酒吧飲杯野一邊傾，但今次避免撞到其他行家，我同佢又都係住喺新界東，所以partner提議去石門。呢間酒店嘅晚餐buffet之前同屋企人有試過，感覺麻麻，所以本身都冇帶住期望嚟，都係諗住飲杯嘢，傾返公事。但坐低見到個Menu $398一打生蠔連兩杯酒，覺得幾抵所以叫咗一set試吓。生蠔雖然好細隻，但$398呢個價錢，仲要包兩杯酒，都唔敢有太多要求。之後一邊傾公事一邊飲，叫多咗個pizza、一碟燒豬肋骨同叫多咗支酒。食物味道不過不失，但餐廳環境一流，有室內仲有露天坐位，景觀唔錯，幾個朋友飲杯嘢吹下水，呢間餐廳係一個唔錯嘅選擇。
