Restaurant: The Yuu Japanese Dining

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟滑蛋流心芝士豚肉迷你石頭煮🌟🌟🌟🌟刺身三點中午黎一遊同同事食飯,點左個滑蛋流心芝士豚肉迷你石頭煮併刺身三點,剩係聽個名都已經覺得好邪惡。上菜果刻見到石頭煮入面既醬汁咕嘟咭嘟咁冒緊泡。熱辣辣好吸引。豚肉只有兩塊,份量有啲少,但入囗有驚喜。廚師係豚肉中間橫切一刀,兩片薄豚肉好似三文治咁夾住芝士,再黏上炸醬拎去炸。炸醬沾滿辣醬汁,豚肉入囗嫩滑,咬開左食到拉絲既芝士,口感豐富。石頭煮入面除左蛋之外,仲加入左韓色泡菜,香香辣辣,送飯一流。今日既刺身係帶子,八爪魚同埋三文魚,每款各兩片。帶子同八爪魚都唔會黏黏琳琳,咬落爽口唔腥。三文魚厚身,咬落唔會梅,都唔錯。埋單加一170~
