軟腍的雞肉夾雜著爽口雞軟骨,口感固然豐富。伴隨著芥辣與燒汁同吃,味道頓時立體得多。 所謂一分錢一分貨,雖然海膽及松葉蟹沾麵價錢來得有點高,畢竟分別用上海膽及蟹來製作湯汁,單是那份創意與手工,已是食回票價。
