To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 地點是葵涌的分店。因為那邊冇乜人寫食評,寫在這裏給大家看~1月11日想食個下午茶,唔要太飽想要飲杯奶茶,奶茶質素差咗好多,好淡冇乜茶味,只有奶水味,其實近幾年去到任何一間茶餐廳,好少奶茶會特別伏,因為而家好多交貨已經溝好咗,都唔使睇師傅。 食呢個包真係好淒涼感覺,我自己就唔太鍾意食獨立餐包,但會食沙爹牛肉包,因為有肉有汁,餐包通常會喺扒爐落牛油煎過鬆軟帶香〜但“銀龍”呢個包~真係想食到掉眼淚,乾噌噌好淒涼,好似去飢荒畀你食嗰種感覺。 如果呢個包獨立買返工搭車好趕時間食要飽 肚冇問題。 坐低食呢個包真係直升機伏~~沙爹牛肉包〜個包係大個,侍應姐姐放低個包嘅時候我見我〜嘩! 咁大個嘅,佢就偷笑話使唔使畀刀你切,見佢偷笑我都心知不妙,拎上手冷的,叫佢加熱一下,行咗去都唔夠30秒返嚟,我諗佢應該落微波爐叮咗5秒掛。 依然都係(凍冰冰嗰係硬掘掘)咬落去包冇包味,最cheap嘉頓餐包個味都重過佢,雖然我唔食嘉頓餐包,但家人買過我都有試過知乜嘢味同口感,咬咗三分一都冇餡嘅,繼續咬落去得幾片超薄嘅肉碎,乾冇汁又硬。最後只能送30蚊畀佢洗,去第二間再食過。
