To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 個個行埋里都係咁sell啲海鮮, 不過都算有禮貌, 哈! 我無就範 蒜蓉粉絲聖子, 老咗啲, 其實愛里整sashimi應該仲正油浸旬殼魚, 炸得好透, 連頭尾連鰭食埋, 係個士油淡咗啲xo漿四季豆, 好冶味好送飯, 不過如果做到乾扁既效果更好菜膽翅湯清甜多翅(雖然係翅邊),六十幾無complain啦環景唔使講啦, 好在夠冷氣夠乾淨
