最近興起食泰國船河,阿女想去試吓,所以去咗厚福街的這間泰國小館試吓。聽聞這裏的湯底是用傳統泰國做法,以豬血或牛血,加上醋,再混入秘製滷水汁烹調,其間再加入十幾種香料、豉油...等而成,甜甜地而且又有回甘香味咁話喎。由於本人不太喜歡闊身的河粉,所以選擇了油麵,但餸菜方面則選擇了滷水豬手。湯底都切合預期,但和某間出名的車仔麵檔的湯底頗為相似,但豬手就大失所望!本以為有幾嚿,起碼應有一兩嚿可以食下吖,但原來只是濕濕碎、濕濕碎的幾小片豬皮和豬肉碎,砌埋都唔知有冇一嚿豬手。而且碗麵都好細碗,但都要$48一碗,一D都吾值!好彩豬手好淋,幾乎入口即溶,可能係肥肉和豬皮多過肉的原故呢!早知咁少豬手,就叫什錦啦,雖然都係細碗,但起碼都叫做有多幾嚿餸食吓!

由於本人不太喜歡闊身的河粉,所以選擇了油麵,但餸菜方面則選擇了滷水豬手。湯底都切合預期,但和某間出名的車仔麵檔的湯底頗為相似,但豬手就大失所望!本以為有幾嚿,起碼應有一兩嚿可以食下吖,但原來只是濕濕碎、濕濕碎的幾小片豬皮和豬肉碎,砌埋都唔知有冇一嚿豬手。而且碗麵都好細碗,但都要$48一碗,一D都吾值!好彩豬手好淋,幾乎入口即溶,可能係肥肉和豬皮多過肉的原故呢!
