To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

假日嘅尾聲嚟到「忠誠茶座泰國菜」。紅咖哩（雞）呢道嘅紅咖哩食落唔辣，仲有甜味。味道非常濃，唔似出面平價咖哩咁多多水但小小咖哩粉同埋食落咖哩味好淡，送飯一流。由於見佢唔係水汪汪水狀咁，所以就叫咗蒜蓉包，撈d咖哩嚟食。香草蒜蓉包個蒜蓉包烘得夠香脆，蒜蓉同香草味都好夠，老實講就咁食唔撈咖哩已經好正。由於個包烘得夠乾身同埋香脆，所以超索汁，索晒d咖哩🤤🤤諗起都想食。醃肉碎生菜包(豬）呢道菜比想像中辣，係頭頂滲汗珠果隻種辣。但係味道非常好，唔會太咸，係會想一食再食嘅。不過，生菜嘅量得好小，🤦🏻‍♂️🤦🏻‍♂️我諗全部泰國菜都有呢樣生菜不足嘅問題。泰式燒牛柳嘩！呢個牛柳諗起都想食多次🤤🤤。外層有炭燒香，內層嫩滑有汁水，內層嘅肉係粉嫩色（張相好像影得唔太清楚🤦🏻‍♂️）。呢道菜真心推介。
