To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

星期一, 因為老細係香港, 為了爭取所有野於一日內搞掂. 搞下搞下, 隨時8、9點. 呢個鍾數, 都係外面搞掂算數. 今次沒有目標食肆, 而且人又倦. 都係回家先...係屋企樓下, 在決定煮公仔麵同茶記食碟飯之際, 我選擇了後者. 事因, 美孚仍有不少茶餐廳未去過. 不想過籣秀道那邊, 係百老匯街近街市, 就有一間未試過. 美孚的茶記, 好多都用 "美孚" 黎 "美"化其名. 呢間叫 "美"味. 是否真的美味, 就一定要試過先知.一個人, 叫下一碟菜遠叉燒飯. 加一杯奶茶. 盛惠30大元. 係街坊茶記中, 佢不算平, 但都好平民下. 因為位於內街, 夜晚到訪, 大多是一些無飯街坊, 邊食, 邊看黃子華. 份量都幾大, 叉燒加上茨汁, 味道方面尚可. 不過, 食慣的菜遠飯, 通常都用白菜仔. 但這裡用的是菜芯. 有不同而這不同沒有傳統的好.奶茶就普通啦. 街坊店, 不會突出, 又不會太差. 不過, 美孚選擇多, this one, go down the picking order.
