呢間沾麵🍜店來頭有幾勁?大家只要喺Google💻搜尋「碧咸沾麵」就知道!唔係講笑,食家朋友Ms.V💁🏻‍♀️嘅朋友真係喺呢度撞到碧咸,仲有相為証添!😏.呢間位於灣仔同銅鑼灣中間嘅沾麵🍜店,面積細細,只可容納十多人,開放式嘅廚房設計,我哋可以隨時隨地睇住廚師們👨🏼‍🍳整沾麵嘅過程,你亦可以好似日劇咁對住廚師講:「おいしい!」(笑)😆.點咗碧咸都話正👍🏼既 #特製和牛沾麵 ($150),呢度嘅和牛來自尾崎牛🐮,成碗有兩、三大片,師傅先用火槍🔥燒至半生熟,講真牛肉味唔算特別濃,不過口感就幾軟嫩。😅.最出色🤩嘅依然係碗沾湯🥣,湯以牛骨、和牛熬製而成,香濃美味,阿叔都忍唔住先飲一啖🤤。沾麵份量唔算好大,所以食晒後,唔好唔記得加昆布湯飲埋成碗湯,飽足程度會再提高。😚😚😚
