To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 添好運呢間店聽就聽得多,今次終於第一次同老公品嚐。係等位期間,我地拎了張點心紙,先選定點心,一入到去坐底就即刻遞給姐姐下單。我地點了呢間店馳名既酥皮叉燒包,另外亦點了蝦餃,鮮竹卷,賽螃蟹春卷,鳳爪排骨飯。酥皮叉燒包:人氣點心之一。果然有水準,上台新鮮熱辣,酥皮不油厚度又岩岩好。蝦餃:比坊間既較為小巧,但餡料充實,蝦彈牙,皮又不會溶爛。正。鮮竹卷:老公最愛點心,所以特意點比佢食。平時不感興趣的我亦食了一條。首先獻汁不濃不咸,外層腐竹香口又不會太淋,入面餡料既調味岩岩好。而且由於size較細,食完都唔覺太飽。不錯。賽磅蟹春卷: 聽名已經覺得好特別,不斷想像春卷入面點可能有蛋白滑,但原來真係可以做到ga。外脆既春卷皮入面包住蛋白,而蛋白仍然滑溜,不油不膩又keep住香脆,高水準之作,絕對值得一試。鳳爪排骨飯:正常,美味。整體而言,上菜有效率,味道不會過濃或過咸,除此之外,最欣賞是每件點心size小巧,可以令人試多幾款又不會太飽。
