To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

相約久未見面的友人聚舊,地點當然是留給主意多多的她來決定了。這間位於銅鑼灣耀華街的酒吧餐廳,高高的樓底、昏暗的燈光、水泥牆身加上大量的鋼材用料,有點似身在「礦洞」中的錯覺,其中一面牆上掛着的三條似是「爬梯」般的酒架,就好像是進出礦洞中的樞紐。全場最令人注目的便是吧檯那面牆上掛着的摩天輪,看着就像運送「礦石」到地面的工具一樣,當然它不止外型有特色,其實還有實際功用,每格均存放着各桶不同種類的生啤,只需用人手拉動鐵鍊,便可以轉動摩天輪,真是聰明的設計。歷時九個月的自家釀制梅酒($98/杯)一壇壇尚待成熟的梅酒,也是另一風景。半開放式廚房,天花板上的吊燈,竟然令我想起蜘蛛俠其中一角色。😂二人餐只是$398,在這高消費的地段來講實是一點也不貴,當然食物水準才是重點。我們當然不會揀果汁或汽水啦,先來兩杯白酒(Altos Del Plata),重果香,酒精濃度不高,作為餐前酒也算出色。Starter薄切炙烤劍魚片~厚切的劍魚味道偏淡,幸好配上微酸而帶點辣的醬汁和清爽的沙律菜同吃,也不失為一道開胃的前菜。蒜蓉法包~非常鬆脆,但有點放涼了,如再熱多一點相信會更好。Skewers platter岩手雞腿

岩手雞腿肉/岩手雞軟骨/豚肉/鮮菇/迷你紫薯串~

本來是跟牛肉串的,侍應知道我們不吃牛,便主動表示可改為豚肉,認真細心。雞腿肉燒至外層焦香,內裡卻仍嫩滑多汁,雞軟骨當然是佐酒佳品啦。豚肉甘香豐腴,鮮東菇仍保有適當的水份,迷你紫薯甜美腍糯;俱不錯。
