To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 本以為社企餐廳食物一般,但這一家社企法國餐廳,沒有華麗的裝修,簡簡單單的,很窩心的為每位食客送上餐前小点,多款選擇的套餍,雖說不上是價平,但食物做得不錯!先有餐廳送上的餐前小食,今天決定要安格斯牛,七成熟,廚師煎得剛好,真的不錯!一個午餐有頭盤,主菜,甜品,咖啡或茶,大概一百八十至二百多元,其實不貴,但以社企餐廳來說,给人感覺是貴了一點,幸好食物味道補上!

先有餐廳送上的餐前小食,今天決定要安格斯牛,七成熟,廚師煎得剛好,真的不錯!
