To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 得知翠華重新裝修,用上木系顏色做主調,加上湖水藍撞金色份外顯赫,東涌分店位於通向富東廣場天橋入口,味到正門已被其金黃色字體的霓虹招牌吸引住。餐廳主打少鹽少油、仲有無肉餐單提供,打正香港特色茶餐廳旗號,難怪每晚經過都見到座無虛席。神之叉燒飯:呈上時十分驚艷!叉燒肥瘦均勻,適量油脂肥膏配合,伴隨着焦香部分,加上香甜蜜汁,特別豐腴,咬落好有層次不會有豬騷味。滑蛋用上牛油起底,特別香滑帶牛油香,把甜豉油蘸上飯粒當中,每一粒帶飯香同時又品賞到叉燒油脂。完美😍!皇牌馬來咖喱牛腩飯:炆咖喱牛腩不可以直接用咖喱來炆. 咖喱醬味道太嗆,會完全蓋過牛肉的味道.。牛腩炆到半腍,再加咖喱醬來熬煮,牛腩不會過韌同時保留到牛肉香味。薯仔做伴碟,都輕輕過冷河,食落外皮會比較脆身。咖哩整體加了咖喱醬有一層油脂但不辣,比較稀,好啱香港人口味,要用汁配飯,雞肉每一舊都肉質嫩滑。香滑奶茶🥤:隨身樽裝飲吾曬都可以帶番屋企。茶味香濃特出,配合煉奶起底,甜而不膩,入口順滑!瑞士雞翼:最美味的當然是色澤通透香甜滑溜的雞皮,雖然脂肪多,但膠質也多,有助補充膠元蛋白,令肌膚保持彈性。且雞肉強腰健胃、溫中益氣,瑞士汁調味較甜,每一隻都炆
