呢間係太子小巷嘅日式串燒小店,真係好有日本feel,雖然地方唔大,坐得十幾人,但內部裝修好有日本特色,廚師可以同客人有更好嘅交流。今次主要食雞嘅串燒,想像自己喺日本嘅燒鳥店😂雞心:燒得啱啱好,雞心彈牙又多汁,味道香濃,令人回味。雞肝:味道濃郁,質感滑潤細膩。雞腎:外皮微脆,內裡嫩滑,燒得剛好,味道清新無腥味。雞心喉管:喉管脆口,吸收滿滿燒烤香氣,味道非常惹味,口感就係介乎雞腎同雞肉之間,少少肉感加少少脆。免治雞肉棒配日本初生蛋:雞肉棒質地鬆軟,搭配生蛋液後更加滑嫩,味道層次豐富。雞頸肉:香港好難得有雞頸肉食🥹燒得啱啱好熟,keep到嫩滑感,而且啖啖肉味蒜香燒茄子:同出邊啲燒茄子好唔同,佢係一件件去咗皮咁樣上,好特別,茄子燒得軟綿,入口即溶。牛舌心:質感好細膩,燒烤到外焦內嫩,肉質柔軟。黑糖燒菠蘿:甜味自然,甜而不膩,好啱最後食當甜品。
