最近去左一間喺旺角市中心嘅酒吧餐廳,真係感受到佢嘅氣氛同感覺好有情調。入去嘅時候,首先留意到佢嘅燈光柔和,營造出一種浪漫嘅氛圍。酒吧嘅裝潢都好精緻,用咗深色嘅餐桌,灰色嘅座椅,增加咗一份神祕又溫馨嘅感覺。我點咗兩款主食同一款小食。第一款係珍寶大蝦配明太子三文魚籽意粉,話真係好正!大蝦新鮮彈牙,配上明太子同三文魚籽,層次分明,味道鮮美。意粉煮得剛好,吸收咗醬汁嘅精華,令整道菜更加香滑可口。另外一款主食係黑松露脆皮燒春雞半隻,雖然要等20至25分鐘,但絕對值得等待!燒春雞外皮脆口,內裡嫩滑,配上黑松露嘅香氣,香草嘅味道啱啱好,而且食落雞髀香滑美味,襯埋薯條伴碟。至於兩杯雞尾酒,都好漂亮同精緻。第一杯係Blue Cancun(藍色海灣),Vodka Orange liquor同Pineapple混合而成,味道甜美同清新。另一杯係Jasmine(香莓茉莉),加入咗香莓茉莉同Roku Gin,味道花香、濃郁同帶點柑橘味。
