To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

Lunch 間中都會幫襯和順記，今次試左佢嘅神級雞髀皇煎蛋飯。雞髀大大隻，外皮炸到超級脆。雞髀肉非常嫩滑。白飯用咗珍珠米，食落特別開胃。醬汁方面我揀咗沙嗲汁，非常惹味。雞髀飯嚟講仲有，巴蜀雞髀飯，避風塘雞髀飯，滷水雞髀飯，可以俾你慢慢揀。上菜速度非常快，就算好多人幫襯都好快有枱。之前仲食過佢嘅豬手飯，豬手炆得好腍。而且非常入味。飲品方面，有蝶豆花梳打，有四五款紅豆冰。選擇非常多。雞髀煎蛋飯連凍飲$71 ,價格合理。
