識我嘅朋友都知我仲意食煎炸野,所以今日晚飯點左三個比較香口嘅菜式。-椒鹽脆豆腐 ($88)豆腐外脆內軟滑,炸粉好薄,食落香脆而唔會油膩,裏面嘅豆腐香滑、入口即化,加上表面嘅椒鹽,食落咸香脆可口。-懷舊鳯梨咕嚕肉 ($128)咕嚕肉擺碟精緻,味道甜甜咸咸唔會太酸,肉質爽嫩,食落微脆,夾入埋鳯梨、椒等配菜,係好開胃嘅小菜。-銀芽肉絲脆麵 ($198)脆麵嘅炸法好特別,係一個筷子夾起嘅形狀,食之前會淋汁再將麵剪段,脆麵口感香脆,唔會有油,配以肉絲、銀芽、干蝦,好飽肚。-鐵觀音茶 ($13/人)茶色清,飲落香甜回甘,冇苦澀味。
