友人相約飯聚,選址位於深水埗的「匯發中西美食坊」。初頭還以為是去吃快餐,原來店子日間係茶餐廳,夜晚、周末同假日可以預訂私房菜。餐廳位於福華街 188 號,離深水埗港鐵站不遠,只是 4 分鐘路程。由於今次一共有六個人,所以友人就預訂左半席,據說半圍菜本來原價要 $2688,不過依家餐廳做緊推廣,所以全包價半席只須 $1988,除開每位都只係三百幾。人齊後,馬上開餐。先以一道匯發金牌乳豬打頭陣,乳豬上桌時還有點暖,皮脆肉厚,而且保住了肉汁,入口不太油膩。接著是秘制豬花膠伴薯蓉,豬手大大件,分量十足,既入味又夠腍身,骨膠原豐富,墊底的薯蓉香而軟滑,不帶青澀味。法國龍蝦肉配龍蝦汁意粉,意粉口感唔錯,煙煙韌韌,索滿龍蝦汁,而龍蝦肉亦很有水準,鮮甜嫩滑,夠曬爽口彈牙。金銀蒜蒸珍珠貝,珍珠貝細細隻,的的骰骰,肉有點少,不過配埋炸蒜同粉絲,味道都唔錯,好惹味。蜜餞炒牛柳粒,牛柳配左紅黃椒,食落腍滑又夠牛味,每一粒都沾滿蜜餞,香甜滋味,令人一口接一口。紅燒海皇翅,海皇翅用料十足,入面夾雜左蝦肉、瑤柱同絲絲散翅,翅針腍滑,味道鮮甜,絕對是誠意之作。有機藜麥炒五蔬,五蔬用上星級 Superfood 食材入饌

壓軸是有機藜麥金露,藜麥好處多多,非常有益,不但營養豐富,而且無麩質,與南瓜露配合得簡直天衣無縫。幾百蚊可以食到咁多野,超值!
