朋友今次帶咗我嚟食一間專食廣州失傳嘅粵菜私房菜,餐廳只有兩張大枱,每邊一張,所以私隱度好高,係聚餐嘅好選擇。順德撈魚生食法有啲似新年嘅撈起,寓意風生水起。配料有魚生,油炸鬼,花生等等,再用生菜包住,鍾意仲可以加飯同埋辣椒醬,食法百搭,各有精彩燕窩鷓鴣湯湯底係濃郁嘅海味上湯,配上金華火腿同埋鷓鴣,啖啖都飲到一絲絲嘅燕窩,成道菜都盡顯奢華紅燒乳鴿乳鴿係用本地新鮮乳鴿,用滷水浸到半熟再炸,旁邊仲會附上陳年滷水汁,沾上醬汁食更加滋味蜜汁火方好似中式薄餅,用白麵包夾火腿菠蘿,用菠蘿代替蓮子,鹹鹹香香幾好味清炒涼瓜涼瓜沖咗兩個鐘頭水,再落鑊清炒,所以冇乜苦澀味,食起嚟清甜同埋略帶油香豉椒炒蟹呢道菜避風塘炒蟹嘅前身,亦係漁家嘅做法,望落雖然好多辣椒,但係食落去唔太難,,而且蟹肉好肥美,亦都好新鮮咖喱牛腩咖喱用咗印度香料,為咗迎合香港人口味,亦都整到唔太辣,係餐廳嘅招牌菜荷葉飯炒飯用料充足,而且粒粒分明,用荷葉裹住,有保暖用途之餘,亦都令炒飯散發住陣陣荷葉香蟹油撈麵估唔到食咗嘅豉椒炒蟹嘅蟹油汁仲有另一食法,拌上廣州鹼水面,出奇地惹味陳皮紅豆沙粒粒紅豆煲到起晒沙,配上陳皮嘅香味,食落亦都唔會太甜,係一道
