🍂今日去尖沙咀海防道鮨岸食廚師發辦,剛好呢日開始有點秋意,廚師都特別預備咗好多有秋季特色嘅食材。前菜有自家製🟨玉子豆腐及🍅鮮茄沙律🥗。之後係四款刺身,有池魚🐟,配柚子汁🍊。很少會做成刺身嘅鯖魚,配煮過嘅洋蔥🧅。秋刀魚同得獎生蠔。食完刺身會上熱食,係燒蝦🦐上面佈滿濃郁嘅蝦膏,大滿足。緊隨其後,有壽司🍣白身魚、帶子蝦大吞拿魚腩北海道白海膽。呢度嘅壽司飯偏甜。最後以大蜆湯及醬油布丁作結。
