踏入秋冬就要食羊腩煲!最近去咗天后嘅火鍋店,佢啲羊腩煲用料真係特別靚。🌟羊腩煲$368用嘅係羊仔,而且件件都係靚羊腩位。羊肉比較薄身,肉質嫩滑細緻。唔算好肥但羊脂香味好重,濃濃嘅柱侯汁都遮蓋唔到佢嘅香味,而家仲送一支Asahi Superdry!🌟本地生菜$58 傳統食法羊腩煲一定要配生菜,索晒湯汁超好食。🌟師傅手打墨魚滑 $98味道鮮甜,仲有粒粒墨魚肉,感覺上墨魚肉比例特別高。🌟即叫即包自家餃子拼盤 $128雲吞、水餃、韭菜餃各兩隻。最鐘意韭菜餃,肉餡特別大,韭菜香味濃郁。水餃有香濃肉汁,肉汁鮮甜。相對地雲吞嘅蝦肉鮮味就更明顯。🌟爽脆牛黃喉$98即係牛嘅大動脈,通常燒肉店/火鍋店先會有。爽脆又鮮嫩嘅口感真係好特別。🌟荔枝汁車厘茄$68荔枝汁嘅香甜口味滲晒入車厘茄,同番茄酸味融合埋一齊好開胃。
