To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

又係因為疫情放棄個靚景, 乖女order咗個tea set返屋企, 值得一讚係外送係酒店員工非常好禮貌😊， 包裝亦非常美觀， 而且鹹甜點排列整齊 一啲都冇 東歪西倒👍 仲有三個捷榮茶包 ，迷你牛角包煙鮭魚， 牛角包冇口感冇牛油香味🤨 純素豬肉 松露酥盒 只係食到松露香味但係個酥盒唔鬆脆 亦冇味道🤔 甜點 我只係最欣賞 榛子黄香李酱杯， 榛子香味好濃 黃李酱 食到黄李肉酸甜度適中， 口感亦好好😋 總體嚟講呢個tea set都係一般， 食完唔會特別回味， 但係彩蛋就係竟然 收到電話原來乖女係訂單裏面頭50位， 稍後有人 送咗一支香檳同六隻水晶杯到屋企從來唔相信頭幾位有獎品嘅我終於都信呀🤣🤣
