Restaurant: La Parole

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 平時睇openrice 就睇得多,見身邊既朋友都有開下post...咁我都試下寫食評先! 今日就講下法國菜...上網搵到呢間餐廳見好似ok咁就黎食個dinner,因為星期六唔使返工的關係,好早就到左,獲安排坐於中間近水吧位置,整個餐廳設計簡約,燈光偏暗營造頗為浪漫的氣氛 與友人各自點左4 courses,3 courses同4 courses的分別就是4 courses多了一個soup,見價錢唔係差好遠就想試多樣野 用餐前黎左個小食,好似多士咁,細細件,上面有d應該係魚子醬同蕃茄,為呢一餐黎個好開始前菜係鵝肝,係有3樣唔同食法,中間的是常見的煎鵝肝,湯匙上面的是mousse,另外仲有配多士咁食,我個人覺得mousse幾特別,好滑好creamy,不過煎鵝肝都唔錯,夠香脆 湯係mushroom,好香,唔會太”杰”,岩岩好 主菜係angus rib eye配意大利飯,個rib eye好厚身,不過出奇地唔硬,反而幾腍,加上肉汁豐富,點上紅酒汁食更有不同層次的味道,係我這晚最滿意的食物,而意大利飯都係比較腍,d汁唔會過多破壞左成個飯 而另一個主菜就係lobster,擺碟幾有心思,個lobster

前菜係鵝肝,係有3樣唔同食法,中間的是常見的煎鵝肝,湯匙上面的是mousse,另外仲有配多士咁食,我個人覺得mousse幾特別,好滑好creamy,不過煎鵝肝都唔錯,夠香脆

而另一個主菜就係lobster,擺碟幾有心思,個lobster啖啖肉,仲好鮮甜,食得出新鮮的味道,雖然有個mushroom同lobster sauce,不過其實就咁食已經好ok

甜品係souffle同strawberry with Leonidas chocolate,個souffle好鬆軟,vanilla味唔會太甜同太濃搶哂個souffle, strawberry就好大粒,加埋我最鐘意的朱古力就perfect

另一個就係chocolate in many ways,又係有幾款不同的朱古力的食法,幾特別,雖然熱愛朱古力,不過都係鐘意個souffle多d
