To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 去北角匯影紫色繡球花海之前當然就先醫飽個肚,秋意漸濃,首選自然就是打邊爐啦。牛牛日式火鍋放題可以任飲任食90分鐘,我們選的$238這個餐有五款肉類,分別是澳洲產長期穀飼牛、美國頂級牛肉、嚴選特級牛肉、紐西蘭綠之草原羊肩肉和丹麥皇冠豚肉這裡是一人一鍋,可以吃得衛生一點,還可以各自點選自己喜歡的湯底,我們就選了骨膠原豬骨鍋和大地鰹魚鍋。肉類肥瘦適中,色澤也很美,每盤都細心的放了木牌標示這盤是什麼肉,就不會搞錯了~ 這片澳洲穀飼牛前胸輕輕在鍋裏一灼就熟了,入口很有牛味。吃完追加肉類也很快就上菜,值得一讚。頂級牛肩胛脂肪分佈也很均勻飲品方面選擇也蠻多的,有汽水、解茶、啤酒、蘆薈爽、檸檬茶等等,另外還有橙汁和金桔檸檬汁,非常refreshing除了食肉獸可以得到滿足外,自助吧的配料蔬菜同樣應有盡有,而且質素不錯👍🏼 首先蔬果類有我喜歡的羽衣甘藍、秋葵、黑木耳、唐生菜、萵筍片、海帶結、油麥菜、翡翠苗、娃娃菜、蓮藕、金菇、冬菇、番茄、南果、紅心蘿蔔和紫洋蔥等等,全都很新鮮呢喜歡吃多點蔬菜,我就先拿了一盤回來火鍋配料有龍脷柳、蟹柳、牛筋丸、芋絲、紅薯粉、黑椒貢丸、雞扒肉、芝士豆腐、魚肉腐皮、龍蝦沙律丸

吃飽之後還有甜品吃,有大腳板雪條和Oreo雪條,還有movenpick雪糕任吃,有朱古力、士多啤梨和雲呢拿三款口味,我裝了一杯瑞士朱古力雪糕,加了醇厚朱古力脆片,吃起來有雙重口感,滿足~
