秋風終於到了又是時候食大閘蟹了今次訂的是爸爸朋友推薦的廣隆行一次蒸了四隻兩隻蟹公 兩隻蟹乸一般都會附送蟹醋 紅糖 薑 及紫蘇葉蟹醋就配上切粒的薑紅糖就用上切片的薑煲成薑茶飲用四隻蟹的黃油糕都十足多得滿瀉個人來說就比較喜歡蟹公蟹公的糕軟軟身但就較鮮甜蟹肉都十分爽口蟹乸的蟹糕就較蟹公的多但就較硬身無咁甘甜
