秋風起三蛇肥, 除左食蛇之外打邊爐既時間都來啦.相約三五知己圍埋張枱一起打邊爐係最開心.大家選左去骨煲皇最主要都係為左佢地個豬骨煲湯底, 用上清甜既粟米, 蘿蔔加上濃郁奶白既豬骨湯底單單這個湯窩已經夠吸引再來我地選左雪花牛柳粒, 手切肥牛, 個人更喜歡牛柳粒中間既肥膏在滾湯之後肉質更嫩滑又淋身, 而手切肥牛雖唔算太肥美, 但輕輕灼後牛肉味道非常濃香再來點了鱔片, 牛柏業, 墨丸, 餃子. 餃子似係自家包製, 餡料夠多又好味, 而牛柏業非常爽口, 最唔抵食算係碟鱔片一碟只得數薄片, 不過魚肉夠鮮夠爽.最後整晚最喜歡就係個炸腐竹卷, 放入湯底灼一陣後腐竹卷除左本身炸得夠乾身又有豆香外吸受湯既精華非常美味
