秋風起最岩去食雞煲+打邊爐,今次經朋友介紹去到位於大埔既八妹雞煲。係太和港鐵站行過去大約5-10分鐘,唔算太遠。果然一凍個個都去打邊爐,全場差不多爆滿!同友人都要等左一陣先入得。餐廳環境都幾懷舊,有懷舊特色既燈牌岩晒我地打卡。嗱嗱臨睇吓餐牌叫野食先!我地就叫左個花膠雞煲半隻,由於唔食得太辣所以叫左不辣。等雞煲黎左先再揀打邊爐既配料!一黎到陣陣既香味,雞煲上都會有紫洋蔥芫茜等等。濃濃既醬汁掛上厚身既花膠真係一流,完全唔洗再點其他醬汁,雞肉都好入味好嫩滑!食完雞煲就可以加清湯打邊爐,我地叫左個細的A級安格斯肥牛,細嘅份量都算多,夠晒我哋兩個人食!淥大約4-5秒就食得 。牛肉既油花均勻,濃郁既香味,食落有入口即溶既感覺!即炸響鈴不得不試,新鮮炸起勁大舊,放落去淥一淥,食落充滿雞煲既味又多層次勁有口感,真係要係火鍋店先食到!另外仲叫左竹笙、芝士小籠包、豬腩片等等飲品都多選擇,我地就叫左一渣竹蔗茅根水,可以清下熱氣,岩晒我地2個人分!
