To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 陶源酒家 2小時無限任食大閘蟹、片皮鴨放題喺Klook 買咗呢個package ,有幾間分店都可以用,好方便😎我哋喺平日過嚟,個場都算full,好彩事先訂咗位。一入座就會送上三款特盛三式,一人一份架!✨蟹粉扒豆苗蟹粉份量都算幾多,豆苗亦夠嫩。✨鮑汁扣原隻鮑魚伴翡翠鮑汁味鮮,配搭鮑魚,炆得又淋又入味👍🏻入口Juicy。✨金湯小米燴遼參湯羹入口有啲似小米粥,遼參粒增加口感,口味甘甘地,好養生!任食嘅大閘蟹大約有四両,三款口味可以選擇,分別係清蒸、花雕和鹽焗🦀,清蒸和鹽焗上到枱都係熱辣辣,出晒煙要等一陣先至可以開蟹,食落口味就差唔多,口感方面,覺得鹽焗會令蟹肉更加結實。花雕就係凍蟹,食落蟹膏Juicy,有淡淡酒香。每輪由落單計,大約要蒸15分鐘,都算準時冇漏單。我哋每次喺等候嘅時候,都會出去自助區攞嘢食,片皮鴨喺自助區都係即片,好新鮮!前菜拍青瓜、涼拌雲耳、椒鹽海中蝦、炸雞翼、炸豬扒,甜品楊枝甘露、杏仁茶、番薯糖水都有,成餐飯啲時間都過得好充實😄
