To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 難得星期日,我和朋友踩著單車從沙田出發,一路遊蕩到白石角科學園。到了傍晚時分,肚子開始反抗,我們就想找一家中餐廳解決晚飯。看到一家叫做薈聚軒的粵菜酒樓,環境很舒適,我們馬上下坐下點菜。服務員推薦了一個超值的海鮮套餐,才458元,性價比超高。套餐包括姜蔥焗美國生蠔、蒜蓉銀絲蒸蘇格蘭聖子和清蒸老虎杉班,每道菜都讓人垂涎欲滴。薑蔥焗美國生蠔好大份有八隻咁多,生蠔好厚肉又軟滑,每人仲有兩隻非常抵食;聖子雖然不大,但是很新鮮,爽甜,吃起來脆脆的;老虎杉班差不多有兩斤重,蒸得剛剛好,配上醬油和蔥花,味道超棒。我們邊吃邊聊,度過了一個愉快的晚餐時光。最後,我們還約好下個星期再來這家餐廳。薈聚軒不僅菜品美味,環境舒適,價格也很合理,下次一定要再來嘗嘗。
