今日約了朋友去科學園一間法國餐廳食晚飯,這間餐廳在法國已取了連續15年一星米芝蓮,近年在香港開了兩間。這餐廳的牆身以玻璃鏡和壁燈為裝飾,而座椅以灰和青綠色配搭,感覺清新。樓頂高,有空間感。晚餐有套餐,包湯或沙律及飲品。主菜有十多款選擇,也有很多加配,如生蠔,鵝肝和甜品等。我點了:-巴馬火腿哈蜜瓜沙律沙律面上放有3件巴馬火腿包著哈密瓜,瓜肉很爽和清甜,配咸甘的火腿,很絕配。-法式鵝肝焦糖燉蛋用鵝肝混蛋液互相融和,做成焦糖燉蛋,面上加點果醬,很好味-扒大蝦意粉有2隻燒烤大蝦,用了雜菇煮意粉,醬汁味香而不稠-紅酒燴牛面頰配薯蓉牛面頰煮得腍軟入味,最特別是伴碟的紅薯蓉,原來是用了蕃茄煮薯蓉。-熱檸檬茶

我點了:
-巴馬火腿哈蜜瓜沙律
沙律面上放有3件巴馬火腿包著哈密瓜,瓜肉很爽和清甜,配咸甘的火腿,很絕配。

-法式鵝肝焦糖燉蛋
用鵝肝混蛋液互相融和,做成焦糖燉蛋,面上加點果醬,很好味

-扒大蝦意粉
有2隻燒烤大蝦,用了雜菇煮意粉,醬汁味香而不稠

-紅酒燴牛面頰配薯蓉
牛面頰煮得腍軟入味,最特別是伴碟的紅薯蓉,原來是用了蕃茄煮薯蓉。

-熱檸檬茶
