To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 週末去了科學園那邊走走看,順道拍照。在這找到了一家中菜館 - 薈聚軒,想着很久沒有吃點心,今天午餐加上下午茶就選這家吧~龍蝦湯脆皮鮮竹卷:不能錯過的招牌菜之一,鮮竹卷酥脆,搭配鮮美的龍蝦湯別有一番風味佛跳牆灌湯餃:餃子口感彈牙,餡料豐盛上湯清甜鮑魚鳳凰煎糯米雞:鮑魚彈牙,糯米雞外面煎至金黃色,內裏餡料豐富還有二人份量的點心選擇,我推薦試試他們的蝦餃、燒賣、叉燒包和炸鮮奶。蝦餃餡料鮮嫩,皮薄爽滑;燒賣香氣四溢;叉燒包外皮鬆軟,內裡的叉燒肉鮮美多汁;而炸鮮奶則是口感酥脆,內裡綿密順滑。除此之外,他們還有其他美味的點心選擇,例如香芋燒腩卷、螺片棉花雞和五柳炸雲吞。尤其推薦五柳炸雲吞,是兒時回憶,很久沒有遇上的五柳醬,搭上外皮香脆的炸雲吞,十分讓人回味。
