知道太子新開咗呢間泰國菜,主打特色粉麵,今日終於有機會約到朋友一齊嚟食。我們叫咗一碗泰北烤雞金面,面底係全蛋麵,醬汁就係餐廳自家製嘅金醬,見到佢哋餐牌上面介紹係用大量新鮮香草同香料在手工研磨制成,佢嘅味道似咖喱醬,不過就更加回甘。食之前個炸麵要敲碎佢,再撈埋一齊食,口感又幾過癮。另外叫咗一碗冬蔭雜錦乾撈麵,我加咗$3多芫荽,呢個配料好豐富,有魚蛋雞肉丸,炸得好香脆嘅豬皮。醬汁味道酸甜,幾開胃。然後我再額外嗌咗份魚餅拼蝦餅,total有6件,魚餅有冬陰功味好正。 飲品方面,今次就叫咗好似好少飲嘅檸檬草南姜,飲完喉嚨好舒服,唔錯。
