知道他們更新咗a la carte menu,加咗一啲新菜式,對上兩次到訪已經對他們嘅食物質素有信心,所以心郁郁好想嚟想試吓。今次三訪試吓招牌菜同新菜式,味道非常好,就連小食都一樣出色,大愛。◇ 踢屁股雞翼 𝘒𝘪𝘤𝘬 𝘈𝘴𝘴 𝘞𝘪𝘯𝘨𝘴這個雞翼小食真係好味到要踢屁股,雞皮炸得好脆,而表面層麵粉皮唔厚,咬開內裏雞嫩滑,最重要係嗰自家調配蜜糖芥末醬,質感有啲似花生醬杰杰的,味道又有點花生醬又有點芥末醬,感覺好邪惡嗰種,必食◇ 海鮮大燴飯 𝘚𝘦𝘢𝘧𝘰𝘰𝘥 𝘑𝘢𝘮𝘣𝘢𝘭𝘢𝘺𝘢這碟係新菜式,用料豐富,海鮮有蝦、魷魚同青口,而其他配料有辣肉腸、車厘茄同洋蔥,最特別嘅係醬汁,用非常鮮甜嘅龍蝦湯來燴,好入味之餘亦令整碟飯鮮味提升,少少微辣令味道更特出◇ 招牌BBQ豬肋骨 𝘚𝘪𝘨𝘯𝘢𝘵𝘶𝘳𝘦 𝘉𝘉𝘘 𝘙𝘪𝘣𝘴首先一上枱就被它的份量吸引到,4大件8條骨,每件都冇肥啖啖肉,因為慢煮肉質亦好嫩滑,而表面烤得剛好微焦味道好香口,而秘製醬汁唔係一般BBQ醬味道單一,這個味道層次好豐富,食過係回味再回味那種,怪不知係招牌,必食◇ 榛子朱古力蛋榚 𝘏𝘢𝘻𝘦𝘭𝘯𝘶𝘵 𝘊𝘩𝘰𝘤𝘰𝘭𝘢𝘵𝘦 𝘊𝘢𝘬𝘦最後甜品係榛子朱古力蛋榚

最後甜品係榛子朱古力蛋榚,細細一件,但榛子味朱古力味層層交疊,而質感亦各自不同,加上層的果仁,口感豐富
◇ 手工啤酒No 5, No 8
他們出色嘅手工啤酒不能不試,今次小編就揀咗五號同八號,來自威爾斯同蘇格蘭,比較淡身,果香味亦濃,好易入口
