To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

好少去九龍城，去之前做左research，最尾揀左呢間cafe。裝修風格係新舊交融嗰種，幾光猛，乾淨企理，幾舒服好坐。同朋友一齊去，試左兩個甜品，分別係Cinnamon French Toast同Traditional Crepe Suzette。先講Cinnamon French Toast，多士既蛋奶味都唔夠，亦都比較薄身，做唔到嗰種外脆，入面有蛋糕既質感。至於Traditional Crepe Suzette就更失望，嗰Crepe好粉，質感差，唔好食🥲咖啡我揀左季節限定既菊花薑蜜咖啡，係我最滿意既。聞到菊花既香味，入口先飲到咖啡味，薑味隨後滲出黎，因為甜品太差，對比之下咖啡好啲。
