To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 25-4-2013(四)是日和老朋友 Alvin 逛完其母校後,便坐港鐵返回青衣城,來到 稻香 吃晚飯。我們共叫了五碟餸菜。芝士焗龍蝦伊麵:$298 ,這是我吃過最差的一碟芝士焗龍蝦伊麵。龍蝦的份量也頗多,可是殼多過肉,肉是霉身;茨汁過多,使伊麵過於淋身,像糊仔般,嘔;亦沒有芝味! 菠蘿咕嚕肉:全盤凍冰冰,沒有鑊氣!粉多於肉! 唯一是茨汁調得不錯,甜度適中!菇菌燒豆腐:茨汁過多,豆腐過於淋身,也有燒焦的味道。濃湯魚腐浸勝瓜:沒有濃湯,只有稀水;沒有魚腐,只有豆腐。 材料與名稱完全不相符!一蚊貴妃穗香雞:肉是霉身,但因為只售一元,也不宜再有任何劣評! 埋單共近 $500,稻香真的不行!
